Yeldos is the Director of Tax & Legal Department in Deloitte and has extensive experience in providing tax consulting, tax structuring and transfer pricing services.
Yeldos has more than 8 years of work experience in (i) international taxation, (ii) due-diligence and M&A projects (iii) review of tax risks (iv) tax structuring projects, (v) analysis of economic and financial models, (vi) application of tax incentives in investment contracts, as well as in the application of investment preferences.
Yeldos also has experience in defending the client’s interests on tax matters in the court.
