Caroline has over 12 years of experience working as a lawyer in the UK and more recently in Kazakhstan. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues in Kazakhstan bringing a unique international perspective to each case. Caroline worked for many years on Competition Act investigations in the UK, working first in the EU & Competition department at Simmons & Simmons in London and then at Ofgem, the gas and electricity regulator.
